The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the examination schedule of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2020, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 (NEET) and UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) 2019 and NTA UGC NET June 2020 on the official website, nta.ac.in. All the candidates who will be appearing for either of thr exams can check the exam schedule directly through the official website of NTA. As per the official notice, the online registration process of JEE Main 2020 (January) for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs will begin from September 2, 2019. The NTA will conduct the application process of JEE (Main) 2020 on the official website, the link for which is jeemain.nic.in. As per the notification, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam for undergraduate courses is going to be held on May 3, 2020, which will be a Sunday.
JEE (Main) will be conducted in the following mode:
(a) Paper 1 (BE/BTech) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only
(b) Paper 2 (BArch/ BPlanning): Mathematics- Part I and Aptitude Test-Part II in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only and Drawing Test -Part III in “Pen & Paper Based” (offline) mode to be attempted on drawing sheet.
The duration of the exam will be for 180 minutes for Paper I and Paper II. There will be no break between Paper I and Paper II
Paper I will comprise of 100 marks having 50 questions.Paper II will comprise of 200 marks having 100 questions. The examination will be conducted in two shifts- the first shift from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and second shift from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The examination will be computer-based test.
