The Indian Institute of Technology Ropar in tie with United States’ University of Tulsa to host the 16th Annual IFIP WR 11.9 International Conference on Digital Forensics in New Delhi.The conference commenced on Jan 6 and set to end on January 8, 2020 i.e, today.
The conference is attended by various academicians, researchers, law enforcements officials and government officials from over ten countries including USA, Hong Kong and Australia.Around 21 papers will be presented during these sessions on topics such as Network Forensics, Digital Forensics Tools and Techniques, Cloud Forensics and Industrial Control System Forensics.
Dr. Somitra Kumar Sanadhya, the organising chair of the event, says that digital forensics is an emerging field which promises to deliver solutions that could benefit law enforcement agencies to speed up several investigations. The IFIP Working Group 11.9 on Digital Forensics is an international community consisting of scientists and researchers who are trying to pave the way for the development of digital forensics.
