The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has expelled 31 students on Day 1 of Class 12 Board Exams for cheating and using unfair means while giving the examination. The exams started on February 12, 2020 and 31 students were caught cheating by the end of the first shift of examination.
The students caught using unfair means were from examination centres in Dhubri, Karimganj and Hailakandi. These centres had the maximum number of students who were caught cheating by the authorities.The AHSEC Class 12 Board Exams 2020 started on February 12, 2020 and will end on March 14, 2020. The first exam was English and the final exam will be Home Science.
