Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is about to close the registration process for Trainee and Technician posts. Interested candidates can apply for the post by visiting the official website of SAIL i.e. sailcareers.com. The procedure to fill applications will start on September 20, 2019. A total number of 463 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive.

Steps to Apply for SAIL Recruitment 2019:

Step 1: Log on to the official site of SAIL at sailcareers.com.

Step 2: On the homepage, Click on the apply link and fill up all the required fields.

Step 3: Candidates applying for the post of OCT (Boiler) and ACTT (AITT) to ensure that they have uploaded the requisite qualification certificate along with other details.

Step 4: Make the payment online.

Step 5: On successful payment, the candidate shall be prompted to download the e-receipt and chose the print option.

Eligibility criteria:

Operator-cum-Technician Trainee: 10th pass and Three years full-time Diploma in Engineering from government recognised institute in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics and Instrumentation discipline.

Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler): 10^th pass and 3 years full-time Diploma in Engineering from Government recognised Institute with 1st Class Certificate of Boiler Competency.

Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee (AITT): Matriculation and passed All India Trade Test conducted by NCVT, Government of India after completing the stipulated period of training as Trade Apprentices in an Integrated Steel Plant.
